Who should get it?

  • Routine: Ages 9–12 (can start at 9)

  • Catch-up: Anyone up to age 26 if not vaccinated earlier

  • Ages 27–45: May still benefit; vaccination is based on shared decision-making with a clinician

  • 2 doses if started before age 15 (6–12 months apart)

  • 3 doses if started at 15 or older,
